We will be performing quarterly infrastructure patching on our EU production servers on Monday 14th September 2026 starting at 00:00 UTC (Sunday 13th September 2026 starting at 20:00 ET).
To minimize disruption, a dedicated engineer will be assigned to each server to complete patching as quickly as possible. During this window, EU production services may experience brief interruptions or downtime.
We recommend scheduling any critical operations outside of this maintenance window. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your account representative.
